Adorning of Grace

There is a revelation process to every thing, and during this courtship we are like rosebuds beginning to bloom. As we discover the hidden things in Christ we become seekers of all the threads of truth available to us.  Grace is like a stunning red dress.  We fully gaze upon her, she calls out for the perfect accessory to bring even more attention to the beauty of not only her appearance on the outside, but on the inside as well.  Threads like wisdom, understanding and knowledge, which David introduced, through songs and declarations accessorize, and bring out the beauty of grace, which is, unmerited favor. Oh Ladies, don’t we all desire that particular gown.

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Heb. 4:16

Wisdom is especially attributed to gold, and the Word of God encourages us to seek her. I can appreciate the analogy the Holy Spirit has been giving me, and the whole gospel of fashion is the combination of oh, so many items the Lord has fashioned together for our good.

I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might. Ep. 1:16-19 ESV

This revelation process will reveal to us all the hidden things of God, so let us come to this mirrored expansion that grace offers, and experience the full ratio of all that our loving Father has designed for us this day.

The Father’s storehouse is the Word of God and so we embrace it with the passion that a courtship brings.   Just like a garden is dressed and clothed in many styles, textures and colors, we ladies are too.  Every bangle, ring, precious stone carries a particular message, as do each garment we delightfully choose for each day.  If wisdom were an accessory it might be a ring, so gather at the checkout counter with your shopping bags filled with every expression of Christ’s perfect wardrobe.  Be dazzled by the collaboration of all the threads of truth.

 Mount up on feathery wings and rise to every occasion from the designer’s perspective.    Choose your wardrobe through the mantel of the Holy Spirit and wear the plan of your destiny each and every changing day.  It is by walking with God in His storehouse that we are awakened to new and exciting things.  So let us choose reformation, with grace as we shop in the realms of glory.

Heavenly Father, Master of every thread, maker of every heavenly garment, I come to you today ready for the touch of your heart.  I accept and receive the making of grace, as an elaborate gown worthy of your acceptance through Christ, your beloved Son, and co-creator.  Thank you for paying the price for every delightful stitch of clothing you have designed for me.  Give me eyes to see and receive the

perfect outfit for this day.  In Jesus name, I pray.
